There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The European Union Referendum (Conduct) Regulations 2016, Paragraph 22.
22. Regulation 68 of the relevant regulations (persons entitled to be present at proceedings on receipt of postal ballot papers)(1) applies for the purposes of the referendum but as if for sub-paragraphs (a) to (c) there were substituted—
“(a)the counting officer and his clerks,
(b)a referendum agent,”.
