There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The European Union Referendum (Conduct) Regulations 2016, Paragraph 47.
47. Regulation 89 of the relevant regulations (sealing of receptacles)(1) applies for the purposes of the referendum but as if, in paragraph (1), for “returning officer” there were substituted “counting officer”.
