37. In rule 15.8(3)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (e), omit “except in the case of a decision in relation to a proposed CVA or IVA,”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (h), after “173(2)” insert “, 174(2)”; and
(c)in sub-paragraph (i), after “section” insert “299(1) or”.
