4.—(1) Council Regulation (EC) No. 2173/2005 on the establishment of a FLEGT licensing scheme for imports of timber into the European Community is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 1—
(a)in paragraph 1—
(i)omit “Community”;
(ii)after “products”, insert “ into [F1Great Britain]”;
(b)in paragraph 3, omit “listed in Annex 1”.
(3) In Article 2—
(a)in paragraph 1—
