27. In the Merchant Shipping (Survey and Certification) Regulations 2015 M1, in regulation 24 (prohibition on proceeding on a voyage or excursion without the appropriate certificate) in paragraph 1(b) for “another Member State or EEA State” substitute “ a member State or an EEA State ”.
