There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Merchant Shipping (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendments etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Paragraph 3.
3.—(1) The Merchant Shipping (Cargo Ship Construction) Regulations 1997 M1 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation) in paragraph (2)(ii) omit “other than the United Kingdom”.
(3) In regulation 57 (alternative construction, equipment and machinery) in paragraph (b) omit “other than the United Kingdom” in both places at which those words occur.
