24. In the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014(1)—
(a)in regulation 85(3)(e) (notice of decisions by the appointed person under regulation 84) for “Pensions Advisory Service” substitute “Money and Pensions Service”;
(b)in regulation 87(3)(e) (notice of decisions by the Committee under regulation 86), for “Pension Advisory Service” in each place it occurs, substitute “Money and Pensions Service”.
S.R. 2014 No. 188, to which there are amendments not relevant to these Regulations.
