30. Where a street is altered or diverted or its use is temporarily prohibited or restricted under article 10 (construction and maintenance of new or altered means of access) or article 11 (temporary prohibition or restriction of use of streets) or where a street is stopped up under article 12 (stopping up of streets) any statutory undertaker whose apparatus is under, in, on, along or across the street is to have the same powers and rights in respect of that apparatus, subject to Schedule 10 (protective provisions), as if this Order had not been made.
