1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Waste (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
(2) They come into force as follows—
(a)as regards this Part and Part 2, on the day after the day on which they are made;
(b)as regards the remainder, on exit day.
