1. These Regulations—
(a)may be cited as the Road Vehicles and Non-Road Mobile Machinery (Type-Approval) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019; and
(b)come into force as regards—
(i)this regulation and Part 3, [F1on 29th March 2019];
(ii)the remainder of these Regulations, on exit day.
