2.—(1) The Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (Establishment of Conservation Board) Order 2004(1) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) For article 5 (appointment of local authority members) substitute—
“5.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), each local authority specified in Schedule 1 (being collectively the local authorities for the areas wholly or partly comprised in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) shall appoint one member to the Board.
(2) Buckinghamshire Council shall appoint five members to the Board.”.
(3) In Schedule 1 (specified local authorities)—
(a)omit “Buckinghamshire County Council”, “Aylesbury Vale District Council”, “Chiltern District Council”, “South Buckinghamshire District Council” and “Wycombe District Council”;
(b)after “Oxfordshire County Council” insert “Buckinghamshire Council”.
