14. In Class N of Part 3 of Schedule 2 in paragraph N.2—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (1)(c) omit “and”;
(b)at the end of sub-paragraph (1)(d) insert “, and”;
(c)after sub-paragraph (1)(d) insert—
“(e)the provision of adequate natural light in all habitable rooms of the dwellinghouses,”,
(d)in sub-paragraph (2) after “sub-paragraphs (1)(a) to (c)” insert “and (e),”.
