9. For rule 91(2)(a) (witnesses eligible for assistance on grounds of fear or distress about testifying)(1), substitute—
“(a)the proceedings are in respect of—
(i)a sexual offence;
(ii)a modern slavery offence; or
(iii)any other offence where it is alleged that the behaviour of the defendant amounted to domestic abuse.”.
