1. These Regulations—
(a)may be cited as the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Entry into Enclosed Spaces) Regulations 2022;
(b)come into force on 14th May 2022; and
(c)extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
