5.—(1) Commission Regulation (EC) No 1295/2008 on the importation of hops from third countries(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 1(2)(b), for “1 January 2024” substitute “1 February 2025”.
(3) In Article 3, for “1 January 2024” substitute “1 February 2025”.
(4) In Article 4—
(a)in paragraph 1A, for “1 January 2024” substitute “1 February 2025”;
(b)in paragraph 1B, for “1 January 2024” substitute “1 February 2025”.
(5) In Article 6—
(a)in paragraph 1A, for “1 January 2024” substitute “1 February 2025”;
(b)in paragraph 1B, for “1 January 2024” substitute “1 February 2025”.
