There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Exotic Disease (Application and Amendment of Enactments) (Wales) Order 2024, Section 2.
2. For the purposes of the Animal Health Act 1981, as it applies in relation to Wales, the definition of “disease” in section 88(1) of that Act is extended to include—
(a)bluetongue;
(b)transmissible spongiform encephalopathy;
(c)African swine fever, and
(d)epizootic haemorrhagic disease.
