24. Schedule 4 is amended as follows—
(a)in paragraph 2(3) for “the Qualifications, Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales” substitute “the National Assembly for Wales”;
(b)for paragraph 15(1)(b) substitute—
“(b)a representative of the National Assembly for Wales,”;
(c)in paragraph 15(2) for “the chairman of the Qualifications, Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales” substitute “the National Assembly for Wales”.
