288.—(1) Section 168 is amended as follows.E+W
(2) For “Agency”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “ appropriate agency ”.
(3) After subsection (8) insert—
“(9) In this section, in relation to the NRBW, references to functions have effect as references to relevant transferred functions.”
