41. Any notice, request, application, consent or other instrument required or authorised by this Order to be served by or on, made by, or given by or to any person shall be in writing and, without prejudice to section 24 of the [1954 c. 33 (N.I.).] Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954, the person by or on whom it is to be served, made or given shall include any agent of that person.
