Whereas a draft of this Order in Council has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:
Now, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1(1) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (c. 1) and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:–

Order 2006" (6.4.2018) by virtue of the Credit Unions and Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act (N.I.) 2016 c. 16 (N.I.), ss. 8(2), 17(2) (with Sch. 2 paras. 2, 3); 2017 SR217, art. 2(b)
