23. Any payment made by a Health and Social Services Board or training school within the meaning of section 137 of the Children and Young Persons Act (Northern Ireland) 1968(1) (approval of schools) to the claimant with whom a person is boarded out by virtue of arrangements made under section 114(1)(a) of that Act or by a voluntary organisation under section 129(1) of that Act.
