The Department of Health and Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 47 and 48(4) of, and paragraphs 5 and 7 of Schedule 1 to, the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991(1) and section 5(1)(q) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(2), as extended by Article 40(2) of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
