The Housing Benefit (Information from Landlords and Agents) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997

The Department of Health and Social Services for Northern Ireland, in exercise of powers conferred on it by sections 107, 119A and 165(1) and (4) to (6) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(1) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, by this statutory rule which contains only regulations made by virtue of, or consequential upon, Article 10 of the Social Security Administration (Fraud) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997(2) and is made before the end of the period of six months beginning with the coming into operation of that Article, hereby makes the following Regulations:
