HEALTH AND PERSONAL SOCIAL SERVICES

The Department of Health and Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 10(1) of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1991(1) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, having consulted the persons or bodies referred to in Article 10(2) of that Order, hereby makes the following order:
1. This order may be cited as the Green Park Health and Social Services Trust (Establishment) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1998.
2. In Article 3(2) of the Green Park Health and Social Services Trust (Establishment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1992(2) the words “Belvoir Park Hospital, Hospital Road, Belfast BT8 8JR;” shall be omitted.

This Order amends the Green Park Health and Social Services Trust (Establishment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1992. It removes from the Trust’s functions the ownership and management of Belvoir Park Hospital with effect from 1st September 1998.
