The Department of the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 31A(1), 31D(1) and 218(1) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(1) and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Approval) (Amendment No. 2) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 and shall come into operation on 16th June 2003.

Revocation

2.  The Motor Vehicles (Approval) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(2) are hereby revoked.

These Regulations revoke the Motor Vehicles (Approval) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003.
