The Lord Chancellor, having power by virtue of paragraphs 3(1)(b) and (6) of the Schedule to the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005(1) to make rules of court under section 55 of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978(2) and paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Schedule to the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005 and after consulting the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland in accordance with paragraph 3(3)(3) of the Schedule to that Act, makes the following Rules:
The Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland has been consulted by virtue of paragraphs 3(3)(b) and 4 of the Schedule to the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005.
