The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development(1), makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 8(1) and 8(2) of the Diseases of Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(2) and with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel.
In accordance with Article 8(1) of that Order it has consulted with the bodies which appear to it to be representative of the interests concerned.
