Amendment of the Child Support (Transitional Provisions) Regulations

7.—(1) In the Child Support (Transitional Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001(1), omit “or treated as made” in each place it occurs in the following regulations—

(a) 3(1)(b) (decision and notice of decision);

(b) 11(3)(a)(2) (transitional amount—basic, reduced and most flat rate cases);

(c) 15(3C)(b)(3) (case conversion date);

(d) 25(2)(a) (maximum transitional amount);

(e) 28(1), (2), (2A)(4), (3), (5A)(5), (7A)(6) and (9)(7) (linking provisions); and

(f) 30(a) (cases to which this Part applies).

(2) In regulation 28(7)(8), omit “, or treated as made,”.
