The Steps to Work (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2009
Coming into operation
5th October 2009
The Department for Employment and Learning() makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 4(1)(a), (c) and (d) of the Employment and Training (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1988() and now vested in it().
It appears to the Department for Employment and Learning that provision has been made under section 1 of the Employment and Training Act (Northern Ireland) 1950() for persons using facilities provided in pursuance of arrangements known as “Steps to Work” made by it under that section to receive payments in connection with their use of those facilities.
