The Department of the Environment makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 91B(2)(b), 91C(1)(a) and 91D(9) of the Road Traffic Offenders (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(1).
The Department has consulted with such representative organisations as it thinks fit in accordance with Article 91F(1) of that Order.
S.I. 1996/1320 (N.I. 10); see Article 2(2) for the definition of “Department”; this definition was inserted by paragraph 15(a) of Schedule 7 to S.I. 2007/ 916 (N.I. 10). Part IVA (which includes Articles 91A-91F) is inserted by Article 12 of S.I. 2007/916 (N.I. 10)
