The Foyle, Carlingford and Irish Lights Commission, with the approval of the North/South Ministerial Council, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 13(1)(k) and 14B(1)(b) of the Foyle Fisheries Act 1952 (1) and sections 13(1)(k) and 14B(1)(b) of the Foyle Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1952 (2) and now vested in it (3).
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Foyle Area (Greenbraes Fishery Angling Permits) Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 26th March 2012.
(2) These Regulations apply in the Foyle Area only.
2. In these Regulations “Greenbraes Fishery angling permit” means a permit issued under section 14B(1)(a) of the Foyle Fisheries Act 1952 or section 14B(1)(a) of the Foyle Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1952 authorising the holder to use a rod and line in the waters of the River Foyle which lie between Lifford Bridge in Lifford, County Donegal and an imaginary line drawn at right angles to its course through the southernmost point in the townland of Island More in County Donegal.
3. The Schedule has effect for prescribing the fee to be paid to the Commission for the issue of a Greenbraes Fishery angling permit.

These Regulations prescribe the fees payable to the Foyle, Carlingford and Irish Lights Commission for the issue of Greenbraes Fishery angling permits.
