The Department of Finance and Personnel makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 47(1) and (2) of the Births and Deaths Registration (Northern Ireland) Order 1976(1), Articles 3(3)(b), 19(1)(a), 35(3), 36(1)(b) and (3) and 37 of the Marriage (Northern Ireland) Order 2003(2), and Section 157(1) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004(3).
S.I. 1976/1041 (N.I. 14); Article 47(1) was amended by section 22 of 2011 c. 20 (N.I.) and Article 47(2) was amended by paragraph 20 of Schedule 1 to S.I. 1999/663
