1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015.
(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on 18th January 2016 and shall have effect from 1st April 2015.
2. The Firefighters’ Pension Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015(1) which establish the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme 2015 shall be amended in accordance with Schedule 1.
3. The Annex to the New Firefighters’ Pension Scheme Order (Northern Ireland) 2007(2) shall be amended in accordance with Schedule 2.
4. The Annex to the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme Order (Northern Ireland) 2007(3) shall be amended in accordance with Schedule 3.
