The Department of Health(1) makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21(5) and 27(6) of the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Criminal Justice and Support for Victims) Act (Northern Ireland) 2015(2) and Articles 23(1), (2)(d) and (f), (5)(a) and (c), (7)(a) and 48(2) of the Health and Personal Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003(3).
In accordance with Article 23(8) of the Health and Personal Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 the Department has consulted with such persons as it considers appropriate.
