The Department for Employment and Learning, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 M1 (being a Department designated for the purposes of that section in relation to measures relating to the organisation of working time M2, measures relating to the employment of children and young persons M3 and measures relating to mediation M4) and Article 15 of the Work and Families (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 M5, makes the following Regulations:
