The Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2017
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by article 2(2) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015().
Those powers are exercisable by the Secretary of State by virtue of article 4(1)(a) of that Order.
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2017.
Provision coming into force
2. Paragraph 44 of Schedule 2 (the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 2000) to the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 comes into force on 10th July 2017.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order brings into force a provision of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 relating to the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 2000 enabling discretionary housing payments in respect of persons entitled to universal credit.
