The Department of Health(1), in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(4), 39(2), 39(2)(e), 42(1), 43(5), 57(1)(a), 58(1), 58(3), 61(1), 79(2)(b), 79(4), 297(3), 300(2) and 307(4) paragraphs 5(1)(a), 6(1)(a), 6(1)(e), 7(1), 7(1)(c), 8, 14(1)(a), 19(3)(b) and 20(6) of Schedule 1, paragraphs 1(2), 2(4), 2(4)(d), 3(1)(b), 4(1), 4(1)(c), 7(1), 7(1)(b), 9(2)(b), 9(3) 11(3)(b), 11(4), 13(3)(b), 13(4), 14(4)(b) and 14(5) of Schedule 2 and paragraphs 3(1)(a), 4(1)(a), 4(1)(f), 5(1), 5(1)(c), 6, 7(1)(a) and 9(3)(b) of Schedule 3 to the Mental Capacity Act (Northern Ireland) 2016(2), makes the following Regulations:
