The Department for the Economy(1), in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 26(1) of the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978(2), Articles 3(1) and (3)(3), 6(6)(4) and (6A)(5), 9(1), (3)(6), (3ZA)(7), (3A), (3AA), (3AB)(8), (3B), (3C)(9) and (5), 9A(1) and (2)(10), 11(1)(11), (2) and (4)(12), 12(2), (5), (6) and (7), 12A(1)(13), 13(1) and (1B)(14), 14(2), 15(15), 15A(16), 21(17), 21A(9)(18) and 25(5) of the Industrial Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(19), and Articles 81(20), 82(5)(21) and (7), 84(1), (2)(22), (2A)(23), (2B)(24), (3) and (5), 84A(25), 84B(1) and (2)(26), 85A, 85B(27), 88A(9)(28) and 104(3) of the Fair Employment and Treatment (Northern Ireland) Order 1998(29), and now vested in it(30), makes the following Regulations:
