The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7(1)(a), 7(2)(a) and 165(1), (3) to (6) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(1) and now vested in it(2), sections 8(3)(c), 9(3)(c) and 25(1) and (2) of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007(3) and Articles 43(5)(b), 48(1) and (2) and 85(4)(c) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015(4).
