The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 69(2)(b) and (4)(b), 93(1), (2), (3) and (4) and 109(1), (2), (3) and (6) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993(1), Articles 35(4), 67(3A), 73(2)(b), 75(1), 87(2), 92(1)(b) and 166(1) and (2) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1995(2), Article 3(1) of the Welfare Reform and Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1999(3), and now vested in it(4), Articles 200(1)(b) and (2), 236(1) and (2) and 280(1)(a) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005(5) and sections 97(1) and (2) and 102(2) of the Pension Schemes Act 2021(6).
