The Department of Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 116(1) of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978(1) and now vested in it(2), makes the following Order with the concurrence of the Department of Finance(3).
The Department has, in accordance with section 116(1) of that Act, consulted with the Lady Chief Justice.
1. This Order may be cited as the Judgment Enforcement Fees (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2023.

This Order amends the Judgment Enforcement Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 (S.R. 1996 No. 101) to increase the majority of fees payable in respect of the enforcement of judgments under the Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland) Order 1981.
