The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 109(6)(b) and (7) and 177(2) to (4) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993(1), Articles 35(4) and (7) and 166(1) to (3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1995(2), and now vested in it(3), and sections 42 and 51(6) of, and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 18 to, the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015(4).
