The Commissioner for Survivors of Institutional Childhood Abuse established by section 21 of the Historical Institutional Abuse (Northern Ireland) Act 2019 (1);
The Commission for Victims and Survivors for Northern Ireland established by Article 4 of the Victims and Survivors (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (2);
The Equality Commission for Northern Ireland established by section 73 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 (3);
The Historical Institutional Abuse Redress Board established by section 1 of the Historical Institutional Abuse (Northern Ireland) Act 2019;
The Maze / Long Kesh Development Corporation established by Article 3 of the Strategic Investment and Regeneration of Sites (Maze/Long Kesh Development Corporation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011 (4);
The Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission established by section 3 of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002 (5);
The Strategic Investment Board Limited designated for the purposes of Part II of the Strategic Investment and Regeneration of Sites Order (Northern Ireland) 2003 (6) by the Strategic Investment and Regeneration of Sites (Designation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003 (7); and
The Victims’ Payments Board established by regulation 3 of the Victims’ Payments Regulations 2020 (8)
