The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by section 83(7) of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 141(4) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
