The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 70A(3) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987(1), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

1987 c. 26; section 70A was inserted by section 48 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 10).
