The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(4) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Amendment Order 2004 and shall come into force on 7th October 2004.
2.—(1) The Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 2003(2) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In Part II of the Schedule insert, in proper alphabetical order, the bodies listed in the Schedule to this Order.

This Order amends the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 2003 (S.S.I. 2003/453) by adding to the list of bodies prescribed as conservation bodies. Conservation bodies are bodies in favour of whom it is competent to create a conservation burden under section 38(1) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 and to preserve rights to enforce real burdens by registration of a notice under section 27 or 27A of the Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc. (Scotland) Act 2000.
