The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 7(1), 8(1), 15(4), 25, 32(2), 83(2), 87(2) and 88(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981(1), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

1981 c. 22. The functions of the Secretary of State were transferred to the Scottish Ministers by virtue of section 53 of the Scotland Act 1998 (c. 46). See section 86(1) for the definition of “the Ministers”.
