The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 94(3)(a) of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003(1), hereby make the following Order:
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) (Scotland) Order 2006.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
2. The day appointed for the coming into force of sections 37 to 41 of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 is 11th June 2006.

This Order, which extends to Scotland only, brings into force on 11th June 2006 sections 37 to 41 of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003, which relate to requests for information about banking transactions in Scotland for use abroad.
