The Education (Graduate Endowment, Student Fees and Support) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2006

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as th e Education (Graduate Endowment, Student Fees and Support) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 30th June 2006.

Amendment of Nursing and Midwifery Regulations

2.  The Nursing and Midwifery Student Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 1992(1)shall be amended in accordance with Schedule 1.

Amendment of Bursaries Regulations

3.  The Education Authority Bursaries (Scotland) Regulations 1995(2)shall be amended in accordance with Schedule 2.

Amendment of Fees and Awards Regulations

4.  The Education (Fees and Awards) (Scotland) Regulations 1997(3)shall be amended in accordance with Schedule 3.

Amendment of Students' Allowances Regulations

5.  The Students' Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 1999(4)shall be amended in accordance with Schedule 4.

Amendment of Student Loans Regulations

6.  The Education (Student Loans) (Scotland) Regulations 2000(5)shall be amended in accordance with Schedule 5.

Amendment of Graduate Endowment Regulations

7.  The Graduate Endowment (Scotland) Regulations 2001(6)shall be amended in accordance with Schedule 6.

Amendment of Education Maintenance Allowances Regulations

8.  The Education Maintenance Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 2004(7)shall be amended in accordance with Schedule 7 to these Regulations.
