Citation and commencement
1. These Rules may be cited as the Register of Sasines (Application Procedure) Amendment Rules 2006 and shall come into force on 22nd January 2007.
Amendment to the Schedule to the Register of Sasines (Application Procedure) Rules 2004
2. For the Schedule to the Register of Sasines (Application Procedure) Rules 2004(1) substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Rules.
